The customer service and COMPETENCY of the folks at Décor My Eyes is HORRENDOUS!! I placed my order through a customer service rep to ensure that nothing went wrong, so that I would receive my glasses ASAP. I told the rep that I had just had a bad experience with Frames Direct who wasted 2 weeks of my time before they told me my frames were out of stock. The order appeared to go smoothly, and I paid for overnight shipping to ensure I would get it quickly.
