I do NOT want Frontier allowing companies to bill me on my phone bill! I never signed up for this protection service and yet they were allowed to charge my phone bill without me being aware of it until my bill came out. I cancelled the charge with no problem...but when I called Frontier...I was told there is nothing I can do about it...it is a COURTESY that Frontier gives to these companies. I DO NOT WANT THIS COURTESY!!! I certainly WILL NOT continue with Frontier if this is what they consider a courtesy to their customers. read full review »
