In spring 2010 I signed up for a 2 yr service contract with Sprint PCS. Immediately upon receiving the cell phone and powering it up in my home, I know there was a problem with the service as I could not keep a signal. I took the phone to the local Sprint store and explained my problem. They told me that there is a service tower very clsoe to my home and they could see no reason why I couldn't get service inside my home.
