This is absolutely the worst company I have ever come in contact with. Every aspect of the business, from the misleading "free" sign-up trial to the uneducated, rude "phone only" customer support, to the incomplete credit reports generated and attempted cancellations (which fail) are all flawed in ways which will financially destroy customers while maliciously and unjustly enriching their company.
