After cancelling my Plant Fitness membership I realized I was still be charged monthly on my AMEX. Contacted PF and told them and asked for it to be fixed. They did not fix so I contacted credit cerd company and told them to not accept the charges. PF sent me to a collection agency for $82 which then posted a key derogatory on my credit report. Never sent me a letter and refused to send me proof of amount owed when asked. read full review »
