I too, received a call from a Gary Jones supposedly from US Cash Advance Legal Dept telling me the call was in regards to a payday loan I had not paid from US Cash Advance that was taken out. I'm being sued for a $300 cash advance that I never had. He said the only way I could obtain any documents was for them to send to my attorney and asked for my attorney's phone number.
