I had received a trial sample from diet max. The offer had to be canceled by November 3rd if I did not want to follow through. I canceled my order on October 29, 2010. I got a cancellation number. Nevertheless the company withdrew $74.26 from my account on November 1st. I called many times and was assured that my money would be reimbursed within 10 to 15 working days.
