Sears home installation (of garage door opener) TOTAL RIPOFF. They botched the job (June '10), then the installer (who is just a sub contractor, which they did not tell me upfront) threatened to remove the opener when he made a mess and broke the inside opener button. Repeated calls, and two months later, someone showed up to look at it (didn't bring tools).
