I am a disabled Veteran, and lost my job and had to get a new job with less pay. I fall behind and was able to give some money to bank of america but still have not been able to catch up. I get all this mail from them on contact us for help and all I get is a computerized system wanting to collect a payment. If there is no way to contact them why offer it. Bank of america gives you a form to fill out for a representive to call you in 3 to 5 business days it has been almost a month. It seems to me bank of america only wants to put families on the streets then try and help them. read full review »
