I have recently called Customer Service and received a false information that the payment of 504.27 had not been made. However, Citicard already took the money from my bank account (from statement). I have to end up to pay extra 484.27 because he said Citibank only got $20 from my auto payment! Now they are unable to cancel the transaction. read full review »
