Two months ago I was laid off as well as my husband and we couldn't afford to pay the bill so when our service was interrupted my husband called and ekplained our situation and wanted to cancel our service but a representative explained to him that we could put our account on hold for six months and at that point we could decide what to do and pay whatever fees were due at that time.
