Always do your research! I was interested in buying a home from this company. On the first call I was told that I would have to pay cash because the bank would not give me a loan on a property that needed so many repairs. This was not true. After looking at the property there was something not right about it. Someone apparently had been doing work on it.Many of the problems that appeared in the pictures were already repaired.
