Breeder has bred this pair before twice and eye etropian is being passed down to the puppies genetically and she is still breeding the same two dogs with knowing this information from last litter. This is Bad Breeding Ethics in Breeders. The sire owner just purchased a 4 year old bitch with the same problem and had the eye surgery done on the bitch which he bought her like that to breed and pass those genetics to others again.
