Verizon is SO out of control that I'm literally shocked. I helped my mother upgrade her phone. The upgraded phone was to be sent to my sister (also on her account) for a birthday gift. Long story short, they created a new account instead of upgrading the phone. At first, we were told that the new account was under my mother's name.
