Direct TV has the worst billing and customer service in the world. I cancelled service last month after discussing my bill. I was told on two occasions that I owed nothing on my contract. Here we are fighting with them for a week or so about the $320 contract charge. It took at least 5 calls to the local idiots(customer service) and two to supervisors in billing to clear up that charge. Now they are robo billing my debit card for another month automatically.
