I followed the "free credit report" without the knowledge of a recurring fee. Once it was discovered- I called to see why they were charging $14.95 a month. I was never sent any reports and was appalled they were charging. They told me it probably went to spam. I asked to be walked through the web site so I could understand what it was that I had paid 5 months for. I was told they couldn't help me. I canceled the recurring charge- but then found out -even though I had paid for this month and I had another 2 weeks to use it -I was not allowed access to my account. Very bad service and they should have to be accountable to the customer. read full review »
