It is very hard to get yelled at in eubonics by someone to whom you have already answered their questions ... and yet the continue to badger you ... ie; "you been knowin' 'bout this .. when are you gonna send a payment?" It is one thing to "do your job" and quite another to intentionally belittle someone.
