I ordered many dvd boxsets from this company and all of the discs came bad, not new, not original copies, damaged, doesnt play. I have tried many times to contact the company and resolve this matter by sending out better copies for me and they just give you the run around and state the same thing, they are sorry and to pay more money or false hope that they will send it out.
