1. 11" foam mattress is hard & uncomfortable. Old Overstock 4" true memory foam fit body much better. 2. Foam EXTREMELY hot! I sweat - am usually cold. 3. Foam 2" short of Queen L & W - Sheets/pad slip off 4. No bedspread fits bed - 11" foam makes it to tall 5. 90 day return a joke - you pay shipping - must return in box - taken by delivery people which were a day late. 6. High pressure salesman. Cust.
