I received an email from Verizon Wireless offering me a monthly discount if I changed my plan to a Nationwide Talk/Text/Data plan. They changed my plan and charged me the new higher rate but did not give the discount that they promised. I called to have this corrected and spent 35 minutes on the call with a girl who was rude and could not help.
