I was denied the opportunity to rent a commercial space from the Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority because it "undermined" my previous landlord (who violated the terms of MY lease) who has a loan with them. I, too, have a loan with them but that didn't matter, It's personal between them because they are all 'in bed' with one another. Now, I have no revenue to repay the loan. I am planning to sue them.
