When I bought a set of tires last winter from Tires Plus in Omaha NE, I was told that they would put my snow tires on every winter at no charge. I made an appointment in advance for 10am this morning. When I dropped my car off I was told that they were backed up and it could be a couple of hours before they would have the work completed. It is now over 4 hours later and when I called I was told that my tires are considered low profile and they will try to have the tires on in another hour.This is really poor customer service and I am now having buyers remorse. I referred two friends to them this year who purchased tires. I will not do it again. read full review »
