I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them. They tell you if you purchase and pay for your order with an Amazon gift card your purchase will be shipped sooner. Even though it has not been a full week yet they should be able to tell you when your order will be shipped out. read full review »
