After purchasing a sectional sofa with a pull-out bed, 2 recliners, and extended warranty, I found out that the Room Store does not stand behind their product - even with the extended warranty. One of the recliners did not close properly (less than a year after purchase.) A serviceman came out, was not able to fix the problem, and said his manager would call by Tuesday.
