My daughter was driving a 2006 Chevy Colbalt on route 15 to school on the morning of 10/22/10 when the lights come on the dash and her steering locked up she hit a colvert and rolled 3 times. Needless to say she was charged with negelant driving although her speed odometer was stuck at 56 the officer did not believe the steering locked up. We found out from the GM mechanic that her car had a recall on the steering and we were never notified.
