I am now dealing with fradulant charges on my phone bill. I have never signed up for their service but they now have my money and refuse to refund it. They claimed I signed up for their service, and that they have, your s sign up form. So they refuse to refund my money. THe service girl supposidly helping me was Ashley 1026 refused to let me speak to a manager, and refused to refund my they fradulantly took.. I told them they were speaking to the person they claimed who signed up for this and i never did. I wonder if there is a class action suit against this company. I will be researching to see if there is one. read full review »
