The manager at the Dufferin Store was very impolite and rude. Her name was Chanda. My laptop was purchased at Staples with their extended warranty. For the past 2 months they are keeping it because of some problem. It has gone more than 3 times to the depot. When I approached the manager and requested her if I could buy another laptop for 14 days, she started being very rude. She said we are not a rental company and I will block you from buying anything from this store. read full review »
