I have been trying to get info on these products from "Hamptom Bay" an apparent house brand for "Home Depot" which is not stated anywhere, as is a phone or website with the info that comes with the items in the store. Apparently the Customer Service desk at Home Depot either doesn't know this is a house brand, or refuses to let it be known. Unfortunately the phone number provided goes to "Home Depot Customer Support, " which might be good, but it is an automated system, and when left running for more than 5 hours, NEVER picked up, just kept repeating the same recording for several choices (none which were appropriate). read full review »
