Sent them a working phone, they responded saying it was beyond repair and wouldn't give me anything for it, when I asked to return it, they wanted me to pay about £20 to have it returned!!! I refused to pay that much to have MY phone returned, (I did offer to pay postage) I still haven't had it back or had any money!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE... I had a brilliant service from environfone with another non working phone so will in future stick to them! read full review »
