A charge showed up on our checking account for $29.95, linked to one of our debit cards. We did not recognize it, so we called the toll-free number listed on our bank's website as being connected with the charge. It was an automated system with no option to speak to a person. We called the bank to dispute the charge, and as we were on the phone with the bank, we Googled "Todays Escape", and discovered many other complaints here on complaintsboard.com concerning the same problem.
