We bought a used, "refurbished" stainless steel refridgerator from Appliances Unlimited in Glens Falls, NY in March 2010. Right away the freezer never worked. It got cold, but not cold enough to freeze everything (from the time we plugged it in). We called and called over the course of several weeks and played phone tag with the owner for days. He would never return calls and when we finally got ahold of him, he said he would send a repair person. They never showed up and he never called us back. Finally we just gave up.
