I received a call last month about some trial offer and that I would be recieving a $100 gas voucher in the mail. I was told it was a free trial and could be cancelled within 15 days with no charges to my account. I recently received a charge of $39.99 from USA Benefits. I contacted Tim at 1-866-953-2937. He said that my account with them would be cancelled and that I would not receive any further charges.
