We have repeatedly tried to get a charge from HBS billing services removed from our AT&T telephone bill. No one well take responsibility for it or even can tell us what or who they are. Just this morning alone we have been on the telephone with 3 different customer service representatives that in turn refer us to some other department. So frustrating! Someone was supposed to call us regarding this 3 days ago as well as we have been told again that we will be contacted within the next 24-48 hours by a man named Andrew. AT&T, billing department told us not to pay that part of the bill. Now what can we do? read full review »
