When the furnace had to be replaced in the home we were buying on the recommendation of our realtor we went with Rudd Heating And Plumbing 1365 S Zeno Way Aurora, CO 80017-4322; Mr. Daniel Rudd, Owner. We had AC installed at the same time. The electrical for the AC was not ran very nice on the outside & there was a LARGE hole for the pipes in the wall.
