I purchased a home in 2006. Option One was the mortgage company. During the economic mess I contacted Option One to redo my mortgage or I would probably lose the house. Because my wife lost her job. Option One stated to me I didnt make enough money to redo the loan. I was making more money now. Then when they gave me the loan. So now i did not make enough? I was the onle one listed on the loan. SO my wife income did not matter. I filed bankruptcy and asked Option one to reconsider. They still said no. I said come and get the house then. WTF CROOKS read full review »
