I signed up for auto-pay, but by the time I'd noticed that my bills weren't being paid, it was 3 months and over $24 in late charges down the road. Naturally, they say that they "can't" take the late charges off. The 'help' desk person said that it can be 30 to 60 days before auto-pay actually kicks in. I asked where, on the website, this was stated; she said, "Well, nowhere I can think of". Good scam, if you like scams. read full review »
