In 2006 I ordered 21 windows from Chear Choice OKC. They installed them and immediately we started having problems. The windows leaked water during heavy rains. Their solution was to place small plastic blocks under the screen to allow the water to drain. The windows were not properly installed and air, wind, rain and snow came into my house from the gaps between the frame and the window.
