requested cancellation on 11/04/10 of $49.98 which was withdrawn on 11/02/10. " confirmation # 5818812." called on 12/01/10 to find out why we have not received our refund, woman said that they had not received the cancellation notice. how could they not have received the notice if they gave me a confirmation # ??????? this was an unauthorized withdrawal, my husband is a vulnerable adult and does not have the legal right to enter into any type of contract without speaking with his guardian/conservator or his wife. read full review »
