Incident = I had purchased a Simmons NXG in February 2010. In August my husband was complaining that he felt like he was rolling off the bed and in September I actually looked and noticed a bulge so large (for a bed under a year old). It was so unbearable he literally was sleeping in another room and I called to complain. I was told it would be 2 weeks until an inspector would call with an appt and we were called and the soonest appt was the middle of October.
