I received a call from Direct TV last year stating that I could receive their Premium channels on a 5 month trial basis for $5.00 extra a month(added to my bill). I called well BEFORE the 5 months were up to cancel. My next bill had a partial charge of $74.00 for these channels, also NFL Sunday ticket was added to my account! I DID NOT authorize or ask for this!! When I realized what was going on and called thm I was told" you can't remove NFL Sunday ticket until the season is over". WHAT???
