I was interested in buying a new road bike. Did a Google search and this site popped up. I submitted my debit card information (Without authorizing charges), under the assumption that this would be for a future purchase. Next thing I know, I see a charge for $159 pop up. I immediately called and asked for a refund. I was directed to fill out a multi-page form (which I immediately did). 8 weeks or more have passed, with no sign of a refund. Will keep trying but for now, this complaint is only the beginning! read full review »
