Hollister Customer Service - no help at all. After telling the customer service rep that I wanted to speak to a manager, I was hung up on. When I called back, I was informed that managers will not speak to customers..? Who are these people. Are they busy saving lives? What pissed me off was that Hollister Clothing Company, ( keywords Hollister Clothing, Hollister Jeans, Hollister Co. ) shipped us the wrong order and expected us to pay to return their mistake without an apology or even a hint of apology for the mistake.
