The handle on the vacuum split at the connection point. Contacted Shark about replacing the handle however after attempting to communicate with a barely English speaking person, I was told the handle would be $9+shipping & handling. The handle is poorly constructed & Lowes is no longer selling this item. Not only the product is poor the customer service is worse. read full review »
