Promised when transferring deed to The Sandcastle Resort that no special assessments would be given as long as we purchased at that time. Well an assessment has been given. Also promised deed back however the deed was recorded incorrectly at Registry of Deeds. The new deed references two different weeks. Salesman at the time promised no special assessments. We were told that as long as we paid maintenance fee 13 months in advance we would be able to use our unit. We did this and still did not receive our unit. Do not do business with this company.
