Let me just say to anyone thinking of getting direct tv, make sure they are giving you what you want the first time they install because if not you will end up paying for their mistakes, my order was not what i wanted but the installer procceded with the order so when i called to get what i wanted they pretty much said sorry about your luck and that will be about $200 to get it, customer service is terrible and i have never had a company tell me that because of their mistake i will be the one who pays for it and tell me that theres nothing more they can do for me. read full review »
