I too, have received phone calls from a phone number registered in Jamaica. The man identified himself as JOHN WASHINGTON. This man had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand. He informed me that he was from winners's international and my phone number was selected from 2000 numbers to receive a cash award of 2.5 million dollars as the second place winner.
