I set up auto pay for my car on october 13, 2010 a month before the new auto pay was to take affect. Somehow the auto pay skipped the first payment and it was doing the payment for November 20, 2010. Well needless to say my car was repo'd on Nov. 15 for November's payment.. Called and spoke with numerous people know would help me. Left the sup Eric Armstead numerous messages and was told yeah I got everyone of them I didnt have to call you back because the answer was not gonna change... WOW great customer service Huh!!!
