What a horrible company. i paid over 500 bucks to have their equipment installed... I had to get a package with them in order to get internet service with EmbarQ. The internet did not work and was horrible..It went out 183 times in 3 months. I canceled both services. Direct tv..said it was going to charge me 400 for canceling. I told them...they were at fault..It did not matter. I asked to have them pick up their boxes..I never heard from them.
