I'm yet another victim of Personal Creations' false advertising. The item I was interested in purchasing was pictured with personalization and advertised for $39.99. I also found another item (advertised with personalization) for $29.99. Upon checkout, a message popped up on the screen reading "your purchase has qualified for a free standard shipping rebate".
