I pay my account on time. During the month of November 2010 my elec was turned off, they hadnt recieied my payment. I called to c.s. to find out that they handle accounts in the Philipines and not the US. I first had an agent who was rude, argued and told me that i had to pay to have service turned on, i told him i had sent a m/o to Dallas, allowed time for mail.
